Groundwork’s

The term ‘groundworks’ refers to work done to prepare sub-surfaces for the start of construction work. Aside from any demolition or site enabling works that may need to be carried out, groundworks are usually the first stage of a construction project and may include: Ground investigation, Site clearance, Substructure and ground stabilisation works, Site services & Landscaping.

Our client based works vary from one-off residential services to large contractual second tier arrangements. Fowler Contractors have gained several large contracts whom use our services as part of a larger group. We have worked on Schools, Care homes, industrial workshops as well as commercial stores. From small demolition jobs from removing and re-building household front or rear walls to demolishment of whole factory’s or commercial warehouses, some of which contain asbestos roofs which our staff are fully trained in for correct removal and disposal of this hazardous material.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS

Among our Contracted works, we have completed some jobs where our clients’ have requested Privacy of client-to-client contractual agreements. Therefore some of our larger contracts we cannot display them.
